FESTIVAL DE ORATORIA/ ORATORICAL FESTIVAL

 

Dear families,

Next Tuesday-May 13^th we have the Oratorical Festival. We will do it in the class in two different times for 1^st and 2^nd grade:

1^st grade from 8.00am to 8.30am.

2^nd grade from 8.30am to 9.00am.

They will do some speaking and a Spanish song. So, if you want to come you are more than welcome.

Empezamos a trabajar FRACCIONES/ We start working on FRACTIONS.

Hemos empezado a trabajar las fracciones. Nuestros objetivos para esta semana van a ser:
-Identificar/reconocer Medios y Cuartos.
-Escribir fracciones.
-Reconocer patrones.
-Comparar y ordenar fracciones. (2º)
-Sumar fracciones para hacer un Todo.(2º)

We start to work on fractions. Our goals are:
- Identifying/recognizing Halves and Quarters.
-Writing fractions.
-Recognizing patterns.
-Comparing and ordering Unit Fractions. (2nd grade)
-Adding fractions to make a Whole.(2nd grade)
